This listing does include a helmet, but when ordering a whole set, leave a note for which size you want the helmet to be: (XS,S,M,L,XL) You can find a sizing chart lower in the description. If No message is left, I will give you the largest helmet with padding.
Whole set contains everything. Unilateral pieces come in two sets - left and right. (Except Helmet)
Each piece comes with adjustable buttoned elastic straps. Fits everyone!
Unilateral pieces (Such as thighs, shins, and gauntlets come in two different [Mirrored] Pieces. look for options marked with (Left* or L*) For left sided pieces. Others are right sided.
Unisex!
Regular fit is the best, but if you would like to change sizes, here is a table.
